- Query: 10x faster single-type, 5-8x faster multi-type, ~3x faster all-types
- Rebuild: 31x faster (1B reads instead of 31B with type filtering)

- Separate HNSW graphs per NounType (31 types)
- Lazy initialization (only creates indexes for types with entities)
